We are pleased to share the important milestones and participation guidelines for the 1st International Emerging Scholars Forum (IESF-2025). Mark your calendars to ensure your timely engagement in this dynamic global event.
Important Dates:
Abstract Submission Deadline: July 31, 2025
Submit your research abstract before the deadline to be considered for inclusion in one of the concurrent presentation sessions.Notification of Acceptance: August 8, 2025
Authors will receive confirmation of acceptance along with session allocation and presentation guidelines.Conference Dates: August 20–22, 2025
The conference will be held over three days with keynote speeches, thematic panel discussions, and over 300 research presentations.Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 15, 2025 (Optional)
Authors are encouraged to submit their full papers for inclusion in the indexed conference proceedings.
Registration Fees:
To make participation accessible, we have set modest registration fees:
Participants from Pakistan:
Students: PKR 1,000
Early-Career Researchers / Faculty: PKR 1,500
International Participants:
Students: USD 15
Early-Career Researchers / Faculty: USD 20
Author Registration Includes:
PDF certificate of participation
Indexed conference proceedings (PDF)
Eligibility for Best Paper Awards (Top 3 selected papers)
Venue:
IESF-2025 will be conducted entirely online, allowing participants from around the world to attend from the comfort of their homes or offices. The forum is centrally coordinated from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF), Pakistan.
